1. Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between each player using the kyat345 platform (the website and all related services) and kyat345. Please read these terms carefully before accessing the platform, opening an account, or placing any bets.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended and any funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual is allowed to open one account only
• Combining, lending, or selling accounts is strictly prohibited
• Each family member must open their own separate account
• If your personal information changes, you must notify kyat345 customer service

2.3 One Account Per Person Policy

If duplicate accounts opened from the same IP address, device, or bank account are detected, kyat345 reserves the right to suspend those accounts and void any bonus winnings obtained from them.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are available for deposits at kyat345 — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Each deposit must be a minimum of 3,000 Ks. This minimum applies regardless of which payment method is used.

• The player's name and bank account used for deposits must match the account details on file
• Deposits from a third party's card or account are not permitted
• While kyat345 processes deposits, bank fees or payment service charges may apply and are the responsibility of the user

3.2 Withdrawals

A minimum balance of 20,000 Ks is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using one of the same methods used for deposits.

• Withdrawal processing times are calculated in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30)
• kyat345 may put a withdrawal on hold if verification requirements have not been met
• Withdrawals are only processed after identity verification (KYC) is complete
• Additional checks may be applied during withdrawal review due to currency exchange rate fluctuations

3.3 Financial Limits

kyat345 reserves the right to adjust deposit and withdrawal limits at any time. Players will be notified in advance of any such changes.

4. Bonus and Welcome Gift Policies

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The kyat345 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 25 times.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met
• kyat345 reserves the right to modify bonus offers at any time
• If a bonus is suspected to have been claimed through bad faith or manipulation, kyat345 reserves the right to void that bonus

4.2 Promotions

Promotions, coupons, and special offers may come with their own terms and conditions. The specific terms attached to each offer apply alongside these general terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The kyat345 VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Level progression is based on the player's activity and wagering volume on the platform.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Cashback is treated as bonus funds, so a wagering requirement must be met before you can withdraw it. kyat345 reserves the right to adjust cashback percentages.

6. Gameplay Rules and Restrictions

6.1 Fair Play

Players must play fairly on kyat345. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Playing with software tools (bots, automated software)
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities (bug exploitation)
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Money laundering activities

If any of these violations are found, the player's account will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

6.2 Game Decisions

The result of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). kyat345 has no ability to manipulate or control game outcomes in any way. If a dispute arises regarding a game result, kyat345's server records serve as the most authoritative evidence for making a decision.

12. Legal Limitations

kyat345 cannot be held responsible for losses or consequential damages arising from a player's account balance or gameplay. kyat345 is only liable for direct damages caused by the platform's own technology.

Where an initial service has been provided, kyat345's liability shall not exceed the amount the player has deposited at the time of the claim.
